Petworth Park Cricket Club offers a welcoming, inclusive environment for players of all abilities — whether you’re an experienced cricketer, returning to the game, or completely new and looking to get involved.

From competitive league cricket to relaxed social matches, there’s something here for everyone.

TRAINING

Senior training takes place weekly throughout the season:

Tuesdays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Petworth Park Sports Ground (starting from April)

These sessions are open to all senior members and are a great way to meet players, get involved, and enjoy being part of the club.

New players are always very welcome.

TEAMS

We run a range of senior teams to suit different levels of experience and commitment:

1st XI – League Cricket
2nd XI – League Cricket
3rd XI – League Cricket
Sunday XI – Friendly Cricket
T20 XI – Sussex Slam (midweek)

This structure allows players to enjoy competitive cricket, social cricket, or a mix of both.

MATCHES & FORMATS

Saturday league matches throughout the season
Sunday friendly matches in a relaxed, social setting
Midweek T20 fixtures as part of the Sussex Slam

We have players have progressed through our junior section, while many others have joined us as adults — all are welcomed and supported.
